
Andrew Keall is a painter and print-maker.Over the course of four decades Andrew has also practiced wood carving, created artists' books and made animations.Andrew has been the recipient of the Open Bite Scholarship with Lancaster Press in Melbourne, and the Dowd Foundation Print Scholarship with the Australian Print Workshop, also in Melbourne. Andrew has been a finalist in numerous print-based and painting prizes in Australia and Aotearoa, New Zealand, most recently in New Zealand's National Contemporary Art Award in 2019 and has exhibited in solo and group shows in Australia and New Zealand. He was awarded a Doctorate of Fine Art by the University of Auckland in 2022, and a MFA by RMIT University, Melbourne, in 2016.The first gallery section of the folio below is composed of a series of small gouache paintings (none larger than A4) done in October and November, 2025. The other gallery sections display a sample of works made in different mediums over the last 15 years, but in no particular chronological order.
